So, instead of Buying the Call we can go for Bull Call Spread Option Strategy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>How To Use :<\/strong> In Bull Call Spread Strategy, we Buy the <strong>AT THE MONEY (ATM)<\/strong> Call Option of the any underlying Asset (Nifty, Bank Nifty, Fin Nifty or Any Stock) and sell the <strong>OUT OF MONEY OTM<\/strong> Call Option of the <strong>Same underlying Asset<\/strong> of the <strong>same Expiry<\/strong>. In this way, we have hedge our position by paying the premium of ATM Call and Receiving the premium of OTM Call.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Bull Call Spread Option Strategy Example<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mr. Khan is Bullish with the market (Nifty). Nifty is trading at 24445 on 16th August 2024 and he believes that the Nifty will go up in coming sessions So, he buys the ATM Call option of 24550 Strike Price and pays the premium of 150 and Sell
