Then we buy the Put option and pay the premium. if the market does not go below that level you loose your premium. And if market goes below that level you make profit. so risk is limited to the premium and reward is unlimited.<\/p>\n<p>Example: Nifty is trading at 24700 Now. Mr. Mirza is bearish with the Market and believes that the Nifty will close below 24500 on 8th August 2024. So, he buy the Put option of 24500 strike price a pay the premium of 100 point. which is equivalent to 100*25 (lot size)= 2500 INR. if the market close above the 24500 he losses his premium (100 point)\u00a0 if the market close below 24400 he will start getting the profit. As per the table given below..<\/p>\n<p>Maximum loss: 100 Point (2500 INR)<\/p>\n<p>Maximum Profit: Unlimited<\/p>\n<p>Break Event Point: 24400<\/p>\n<p>Lot Size : 1=25<\/p>\n<table style=\"height:
