Please like, share and subscribe to my Blog.<\/p>\n<p>When we are <strong>Extremely Bullish with the market<\/strong> and expect that the market will close above a certain level. We buy the call and pay the premium. if the market does not go above that level, you loose your premium. And if market goes above that level you make profit.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Example: Mr. Khan is bullish with the Market and believes that the Nifty will close above 25000 on 8th August 2024. So, he buys the call option of 25000 strike price and pays the premium of 40 point. which is equivalent to 40*25 (lot size)= 1000 INR. if the market close below the 25000 he losses his premium (40 point) if the market close at 25040 there is No profit no loss situation. if the market close above 25050 he will start getting the profit.
